Day guests can be coming on a cruise or have only limited time available, but still want to enjoy Roatan’s beauty paired with a stunning underwater world.

This Roatan day trip is a combo of land and sea that gives you a good insight of what Roatan is about and known for.

I will pick you up with an air conditioned van/bus.

We will first visit the Daniel Johnson’s sloth hangout where they are committed to care for wild animals such as monkeys, sloths and parrots, after their owners surrendered them. You will interact with the animals and get to know a little about their background, behavior and lifestyle.

Upon request we can then visit the iguana farm next door. Here a local family dedicates most of their property to the iguanas to roam around…. iguanas are a delicacy here for many locals and not common anymore to be seen in the wild- definitely no big ones….

Now we will have a short ride in the van/bus to where our boat is waiting on us.

At this idyllic restaurant you will have the chance to enjoy the view in a more private setting, get changed and have a drink, before we head out to our snorkel spot.

The wreck is about a 5 minute ride by boat and lies in very shallow water with fantastic corals and fish.

Another stop can be at Sea Star Heaven. A shallow inside reef site that boosts with cushion sea stars and beautiful corals.

If we have any divers in the group, we shall switch locations so we can do a dive and a snorkel at the same site. 

Now we are heading off to West Bay to enjoy a little bit of beach time and have lunch.

Driving along the mangrove covered shoreline and through mangrove channels, you will get a good view of the island’s structure and beauty.

After about 2 hours in West Bay our van/bus will pick us up again, bringing us back to your port or origin.

This tour has a value of $100/snorkeler and $160/diver. Included are transportation van/bus, boat ride, snorkel/dive gear, fruits and water onboard. Kids up to age 5 are free; ages 6-10 pay $80.

Entrance fees for the sloth hangout and iguana farm are $12/person/location and are NOT included.

We need a minimum of 6 persons to offer this day trip tour to our sruise ship guests. Our maximum is 14.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm reservation.
